Rates & Fees

Pricing is based upon per person rates and varies based upon standard of accommodation. Building minimums apply. Camp participants must utilize camp food services March thru October. Food Service is optional November thru February (minimum 25 people).

Select - Lodges with full bathrooms, kitchenettes, heat and lights

Standard - Lodges with half baths, heat and lights

Rustic - Cabins with heat and lights, close to a community bath house

Rate for Exclusive Use of Entire Camp - $5995 plus surcharge of $10 per person per night in excess of 250 persons

 


 

Meal Charges

Breakfast - $6 per person

Lunch - $8 per person

Dinner - $9 per person

Optional Dishwashing Service - $45 per meal for groups under 80. Larger groups add $25 per meal for each additional increment of 80 people. Please schedule in advance.

Child Meals - 40% off above rates for children ages 3-9 with family retreat groups. No charge for children ages 2 and under.

 



Insurance

Optional Camper Accidental Insurance is available to groups for an additional fee of $.55 per person

 


 

Optional Program Fees

Boating (year-round), Swimming and Wave Jumping (both May 1-September 30)

Giant Swing - $10 per person (minimum 8 people)

Fun & Games - $25 per hour per Camp Magruder staff facilitator (up to 20 people per facilitator)

Team Building Programs - $12 per person for 2-hour program, $20 per person for 4-hour program (minimum 8 people)

Lifeguarding - $25 per hour per staff lifeguard for boating, swimming, or ocean wave jumping per group of 20

Groups may provide their own certified lifeguard (Red Cross or equivalent). Proof of certification must be presented and the lifeguard will require an orientation by the Waterfront Director.

Lifeguard Orientation - $15 fee covers orientation by Camp Magruder Staff of group-provided certified lifeguards

Donkey Rides - $25 per hour (up to 12 riders, approximately 15 minutes each), (minimum $25)

A staff facilitator must be scheduled in advance.

Guided Ecology Walks - $25 per hour (minimum 10 people)
