Reservations

Camp Magruder welcomes reservations from non-profit groups and organizations. To make a reservation:

1. Determine the nature and size of your group.

2. Review the facilities described in this web page and choose the best suited for your needs and budget. Click here to view the current Camp Magruder Use Rates.

3. Call the camp to confirm availability and make a reservation. Camp Magruder accepts reservations 50 weeks in advance. Unsecured reservations will be held for two weeks. Call for assistance in planning your event.

4. Reservation Deposit: A first deposit of 25% of total reservation fees is required to confirm the reservation.

5. Cancellation policy: First deposit is refundable if cancelled at least 90 days prior to the event, minus a $100 administrative fee. Inside 90 days, no deposits are refundable and the group is responsible for the projected invoice total, unless the facilities are re-booked by another group. Then the deposit, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded. A group is responsible for 100% of meals reserved at final count given five days before arrival.

Wedding Packages

1. Day Package - $1,500 Includes use of Sherlock Lodge Hall & Kitchen Facility with ability to set-up after 4 p.m. the prior evening and clean-up prior to 11 am the morning following, and parking for wedding parties up to 300 persons. This package does not include food service or lodging.

2. Overnight Wedding Party Package - $2,500 Includes use of Sherlock Lodge Hall & Kitchen Facility with ability to set-up after 4 p.m. the prior evening and clean-up prior to 11 am the morning following, and parking for wedding parties up to 300 persons - plus - up to 2 nights lodging and up to 4 standard meals served in Carrier Lodge for up to 12 members of the wedding party in standard accommodations. Add $175 for deluxe accommodations.

3. Overnight Wedding Party & Guest Package - $5,500 Includes use of Sherlock Lodge Hall & Kitchen Facility with ability to set-up after 4 p.m. the prior evening and clean-up prior to 11 am the morning following, and parking for wedding parties up to 300 persons - plus - up to 2 nights lodging and up to 4 standard meals served in Carrier Lodge for up to 50 members of the wedding party and guests in standard accommodations. Add $750 for deluxe accommodations.

Special Meals and Overnight Packages for larger groups are also available. Please call for quote.

Camp Magruder is unable to permit the possession or use of alcoholic beverages on its premises..
