Carrier Lodge is a bright and open dining hall which accommodates up to 225 people for meals. We feature healthy, delicious menus prepared from scratch with whole grains and organic/local/sustainable produce whenever possible.
Our delicious meals are served in a buffet style setting. Sharing meals together in the lodge has enriched the camp experience for decades. The atmosphere is filled with good conversation, song, and the spirit of Camp Magruder.

Special Meal Requests
Groups are welcome to make special meal requests. Contact the Food Service Manager for special menus and pricing. Special dietary needs can generally be accommodated if requested at least two weeks in advance. Our kitchen staff is capable of making substitutions or modifications to the camp menu for guests with diabetic, vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-intolerant, and vegan diets. If you or your child has a different dietary need that is not included in this list, please contact us before your event so that we can work together to develop a plan to ensure that your specific dietary needs can be met. The more specific and individualized your needs are, the more lead time the kitchen staff will require. To discuss special dietary needs and options, contact the Food Service Manager by calling 503-355-2310 and/or emailing peter@campmagruder.org.
